Description: CAA provides legal assistance to residents of Pinal, Gila, Mohave, LaPaz and Yuma counties. The service includes assistance with Stop Collection Effort Letters; Beneficiary Deeds (document preparation only); Cremation Directives; Medical & Mental Healthcare Powers of Attorney; Living Wills; Landlord-Tenant issues; Wills; Consumer Issues; Fraud, Exploitation & Abuse; and Informal Probates (document preparation only). CAA staff visit senior centers on designated dates.
 

Eligibility for CAA-Funded Service: To be eligible, you must be at least 60 years old.

Cost: Donations are greatly encouraged, needed, and appreciated.

Availability:
In Pinal and Gila counties – Staff are available at designated times at the following senior centers: Apache Junction Senior Center, Casa Grande – Dorothy Powell Senior Center, Hayden Senior Center, Globe Senior Center, Payson Senior Center, and Superior Senior Center.  (Please see the CAA Calendar of Events for more information on dates and times.)
